If you’re considering cashing-out leases within the next twelve months, think about filling out a Property Owner Application (POA) now.  Once approved, this entitles you to sell unlimited number of qualified leases within a twelve-month period.  The application lets us know about your company, the managed real estate portfolio and experience as a commercial property owner.

Property Owner Applications and lessee credit packages take three business days to review for a decision.
